September was an exciting month! Firstly, it was my birthday month and I enjoyed celebrating with friends and family! And of course, I am over the moon happy with some new products I discovered that are making my life even more beautiful. Here is the latest monthly roundup of the some of the BEST beauty products tried by myself (or contributors) throughout the month in the categories of beauty, health and lifestyle (that were not otherwise featured this month). Here are some Posh Beauty Blog’s favorites for September 2015.
Nexcare Acne Absorbing Covers
Nexcare Acne Absorbing Covers by 3M are known as the “Beauty Editor’s Secret”. Nexcare Acne Absorbing Covers work like sponges to absorb oil from acne blemishes, providing a comfortable and breathable solution for a variety of skin types. Although I used them at night, they are clear so they provide a discreet and mess-free alternative to creams and gel treatments, while helping maintain skin's moisture and integrity. They significantly minimized a pimple I had when used overnight and it was unnoticeable by the end of the next day.
KORRES Almond & Linseed Shampoo
As I am growing out my natural hair in a healthy way, I have been preventing breakage and split ends with KORRES Almond & Linseed Shampoo. It’s a natural cleansing shampoo formulated with organic extracts found only on the Greek island of Crete. Almond hydrates and linseed nourishes to help smooth and control damage. There’s also vitamin B3 and provitamin B5 which improve shine, feel, and flexibility.

The formulation includes the world's 1st SmartRepair Technology, which diminishes the look of lines, wrinkles and sunspots. And who doesn’t love healthy-looking, youthful skin?
IT Cosmetics My Sculpted Face and Highlighters
My Sculpted Face, was most recently spotted on Khloe Kardashian’s vanity. The universal shades within the portable palette help you highlight and contour, drawing attention to your favorite features, or downplay those that aren’t. Use one of my favorite IT Cosmetics brushes, the Heavenly Luxe Complexion Perfection Brush, which was most recently used by makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic during July’s Master Class with the contour queen herself, Kim Kardashian.
Strobing, while not new, is a hot trend. For a look that’s all about highlighting, I love IT Cosmetics’ Hello Light Crème Illuminizer and the lipstick-sized Hello Light Luminizing Crème Stick. They’re infused with anti-aging peptides and hydrolyzed collagen. The highlighters look great on all skin tones, which is something I look for in my favorite beauty products.
