Moringa may sound unfamiliar to many, but it has been used for centuries. It’s a plant that is native to areas of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan and often used in traditional herbal medicine.Like other vitamins and supplements, organic moringa powder has various health benefits. I’m seeing it everywhere right now - Whole Foods called moringa a Top 10 Trend in Food for 2020.
I wanted to learn more about moringa, so I got the scoop from Kelli Taylor, an award-winning registered acupuncturist, and wellness expert of over twenty years with a background in nutrition. Kelli shared that moringa is a superfood and superfoods keep the body healthier and are very nutrient-dense. She also shared some great ways to add moringa to your diet.

Add to your favourite pesto recipe

Add it into your baked goods such as banana bread, cookies, etc.
