4. Refine the lips. Use a concealer brush to dab concealer directly under the top lip and under the lower lip, and then blend with a sponge tip applicator.

5. Finish. Touch up lipstick with a lip brush or use a small concealer brush to dab on a bit of concealer inside the lower lip.
