Reviewing Allconnect’s Simple and Convenient Multi-Channel Marketplace
Save money on tv and internet with AllConnect
Like many other consumers, I became more than a bit frustrated when I recently found out that the rates I currently pay for TV and Internet would soon increase. Having been a customer for close to two years, the promotional rate is set to soon expire and I am faced with the prospect of paying far more than I ever intended on paying for these kinds of services. I considered making a big to-do with the company's customer service line with the hope of bullying them into bringing my rate back down to the initial promotional price, but I decided it would be better for everyone involved to simply adopt a calmer course of action by doing some comparison shopping on my own. I figured that I could take a more aggressive tactic later on if I couldn't find a better rate through a bit of research.
Researching TV and Internet Rates
When I decided to shop around for prices from different providers, I assumed that I would have to spend a great deal of time and effort to find the best possible deal. I even had a spreadsheet prepared for the research, but I was quite fortunate to discover that Allconnect allows consumers to compare a diverse array of home services that include far more than just TV and Internet. The cost of utilities like electricity and natural gas can be quickly and easily compared using the site, and it is even possible to compare the costs for home security providers as well as landline phone services.
This turned out to be far more convenient for me, and even though I love working on a spreadsheet as much as the next person, I am extremely grateful that I was able to save the time and effort I would have otherwise spent collecting the information so easily accessed by using Allconnect. The other major benefit is the fact that Allconnect is able to offer something I simply could not: a guarantee that it would offer the best rate.
Simple to Use and Plenty of Options
As it stands now, I currently shell out $118.46 a month for U-verse U300, with a rate increase fast approaching. After heading over to Allconnect and entering nothing more than my address, I was supplied with a wide range of options that would save me a great deal on my monthly costs even before the price increase. In fact, the most expensive option available through Charter would still save me nearly $20 per month. I have not yet decided which option I will choose, but it is possible that I will end up saving almost $90 per month if I were to opt for the cheapest package available through Dish.
I suppose I should not be all that surprised that such a better deal exists, but I consider myself to be quite frugal when it comes to expenditures like cable that are not entirely necessary. I thought the U-verse package I currently have was a steal when I signed up, but I may have been taken in by all of the extras that seemed so appealing at the time but also haven’t gotten much use from me since then. Now that I know about Allconnect and how simple it is to use their services to find a better deal, I feel quite confident that there will never be a time in the future when I pay any more than I should for cable, Internet or utilities.
