While some people are natural morning persons, the rest of us need to train our bodies to become early risers. It’s a tough process that will require a lot of willpower, but once you become a morning lark, you’ll never want to go back to your past habits. Here’s how to trick yourself into loving your early mornings. 

Create a good morning schedule 

Make sure to think well about when to set your alarm, because this is the time you’ll be getting up every day from now on. Wake up, wash up, exercise and eat breakfast every day at the same time. Human bodies love routine, and soon your internal clock will reset and make you a true morning person. And don’t think you can take a break from your new lifestyle on weekends! Even if you stayed up late the night before, you need to commit to your schedule and get up early on Saturday and Sunday too.
